This includes gathering all required listing documents, ensuring broker compliance, creating an accurate MLS listing, and coordinating scheduling with stagers, photographers, and other vendors so everything is ready for launch.

  • We handle the behind-the-scenes work for referral transactions. This includes preparing referral agreements, tracking communication, managing signatures, and ensuring broker compliance through the referral process. We also assist with post-closing items including payment tracking.
